Erika's Violin Studio
Erika holds both Bachelors and Master of Music music degrees from Florida State University and a Performance Certificate from the Conservatory of Italian Switzerland. Erika draws her educational philosophy from the Mimi Zweig and Paul Rolland Violin Methods, and has completed the Suzuki Every Child Can (ECC) course.

Erika has been teaching violin since 2016. In addition to teaching a studio of in-person students, Erika has 698 recorded teaching hours through the online platform, Wyzant. Erika has also taken over 40 credits of music education classes at Florida State University, where she was heavily involved with the music education program during her time there. Erika currently has a thriving studio of in-person and online students and welcomes students of all levels and ages.

Erika believes that students of any age can be successful with the right guidance and environment. Erika's approach to teaching includes a focus on accommodating the unique strengths and weaknesses of each individual and focusing the efforts of the lesson on the goals and interests of the students.
